this store scammed us they said we would get a 2 for one offer a promotion then we find out 8 months later after numerous arguments that they will not honor it. STAY AWAY GLENN IS A LIAR!
Admittedly we had a less than positive start concerning the service contract that was promised to us by Glenn and his team at the Westland Store. Fortunately, through some persistence on our end, and Glenn's follow-through with higher level managers we were able to get the contract details resolved. My advice for all consumers - get your contract agreement "in writing" prior to moving forward.
CAN NOT GET A HOLD OF THE STORE. SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVES YOU THE WRONG NUMBER. NUMBER IS FOR SOME BOOST MOBILE STORE DOWN THE STREET. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. HOW CAN A BIG COMPANY NOT HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION.
The manager was warm and friendly. Explained everything in good detail and took his time to get things right.
