Dirty inside, somewhat rude staff. Going twice the week of Christmas isn't always a great idea, but there expertise of your staff and store functionality will be visible to all. They failed to help me find my product, which I found on my own, but the register employee was very friendly and knowledge about warranty offers on the camera I begrudgingly purchased.
Best Buy has the best black Friday deals around. I was able to buy a brand new phone and got $350.00 off the retail price instantly. They also had sales on phone accessories. Got an otter box for my new phone for 25 bucks.
Waited over an hour for something that was supposed to be in stock only to be offered a returned item. Watched the sales person help other customers. We drove 90 min to pick this up. Very upset. It's always something with best buys
They also had deals on other good things such as firestick for 25.00 As much as online shopping is taking over its still good to be able to walk in and walk out with your items.
This store is amazing! It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, and this store has always gone above and beyond to help me out. Phil, the store manager, has always been so patient with all of my questions and explains everything to make sure I am confident in my purchases. I recommend them to my friends and family frequently without reservations!
Good Best Buy very good staff. One bad review said associates sat on chairs instead of helping, don’t understand because none of them have chairs??!! And I go in here almost every week. Also, Nate the gm of the store helped me buy a fridge before and was very easy to deal with!
