This was our first time at the store. The guy was very helpful and knowledgeable I will definitely be going back.
I purchased ghost shrimp from them, and a day later my fish were covered in a thick white fungus. It killed one of my fish, and the others are not looking good.
The employee was very nice however the store was very dirty and overly full hard to walk around. Very tank had something dead in it. Would never by a fish from there. The small animals are kept in very small cages and don't look like they have been cleaned. Very disappointed looking for new place to buy items for our tank.
Very dissapointed in the lack of care for their animals. I have been going here for about 6 months, and it has gone downhill extremely fast.
This place used to be real nice while I was growing up but now it's just sad to walk in and look around everything is missing treated and I don't know how they are still around it just sad and the pricing is to high time for tickets or to not be there anymore
I will never be shopping here again.
The mammals are overcrowded and barely cared for. There was dead fish in nearly every tank, and dead fish squished and smeared on the floor. The employee was even stepping on the fish on the ground and wasn't batting an eye about it. The fish tanks were filthy and smelled awful, some of the fish were trying to jump out to escape the foul water.
I've been going to this fish store with my dad since I was a little girl. It has always been my go-to store for all of my fishy needs. More recently, I've noticed it going way down hill. Dead fish, massive amounts of algae killing the plants in their live-plant tank, the overcrowding of the mammals and reptiles. I've even seen dead fish on the ground, squished from being stepped on. I stopped buying fish and other animals from them, but I could never pass up the deal they had on their ghost shrimp.
The day after I bought my last batch of ghost shrimp, I found all of the fish in all five of my tanks covered in fungus. One of my prized fish has even died. I'm very disappointed and will not be going back again.
