Nice park, friendly and helpful staff (although, they always seem to be over staffed, many people doing a small job or sitting around) The play structure is awesome, farmer's market is a bit small but has good items available, and has adequate parking. Only downfall is the splash pad costs a bit much. I understand if it can't be free like it used to be, but it is also quite a discrepancy between resident and non resident. $3-$10 is a big jump, especially considering the close proximity to Garden City, Livonia and Canton. Overall, it's definitely a park worth visiting.
Since they remodeled the park it is really nice I love with a walking trail.
The playground for the children is amazing. Had my son's 1st birthday party there and he had a blast
A nice place for children to play in summer water sports are available for Westland residents for a less fee so plan to take swimware too
Very nice park. I would have given it five stars if it weren't for the excessive amount of poop.
