Great place. Cheap tools for the Do It Yourself projects. And the tools aren't mediocre quality either for home projects. Staff was friendly and helpful.
called and asked if they have load bars, needed 2 , they said they do .

Huge selection of inexpensive tools. The quality is generally extremely poor, but they are good about honoring their lifetime warranty. This is a good place to buy hammers, wrenches, dollys, and other items that are not easily broken. I wouldn't recommend purchasing power tools or delicate items here. Some of the staff is great, but on occasion, I've had cashiers complain to me how much they hate their job, which I find off-putting. Overall, a great place to find a wide variety of tools.
I freaking love this store !! The staff is very helpful. I have had impeccable customer service, despite the fact I memorized the the flow of items they carry. I think at some point my hubby will divorce me for spending so much at this store. They have everything you could pretty much want/need !!! Great Job to the staff of Harbor Freight :)
