I'm am calling upper management today to make a formal complaint. It's a sad day when the people that are supposed to make you comfortable do the exact opposite !!
I thought at first it was just that night so we went back and same treatment!!!! I was tanning and my time just ran out and I was cleaning the bed and she started banging on the door telling me I was taking to long. When I walked out NOBODY was even waiting. It was at 12:30 at night. Needless to say I haven't been back and now we are paying money every month for nothing!!!! We picked this gym because of the judgement free zone. Well she definitely doesn't follow that. She was at the desk talking to another girl that was there working out about this woman and putting her down and making fun of her. When I said something she just rolled her eyes at me.
Good location. Corporate tried to force them to remove all dumbbells over 60lbs and the manager kept them. Only downside is the A/C struggles to keep it cool inside on hot/muggy days.
Great gym, good variety of machines, and very clean!
the treatment I received from the person "Tamico" was absolutely horrible!!!!!! My family and I all just bought black cards and when we came for the first time She was extremely rude and unprofessional and seem to have no idea What she was doing. We sat at the desk for a hour!!!! Just trying to get our cards. She was so scattered and full of anxiety and panic that it triggered my son to have a panic attack. One of the reasons we go at night is so he doesn't get overwhelmed.
Staff is supper nice and so is the facility!!! Keeping being ROCKSTARS PLANET FITNESS WESTLAND!!!
Great gym. Brand new equipment. Even at busy times you can stil get on the machines you want. Always lots of staff working. Also the cleanest gym I have been in.
