I might of actually bought something if the sales person didn't follow me around the entire time. If someone wants go buy, they will find you... And as i was leaving a different sales person yelled "you didn't buy anything at me.." wow

Definitely the art van to go to. Went in today to look at beds and Colin was by far helpful and went way above and beyond to help us find our mattress. Spent a lot more time with us then I expected to make sure we found the right mattress and was happy with our purchase. Even got it cheaper then expected. Talked to a few others in there too and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to see Colin for our 2 oldest kids beds when we upgrade theirs.. Definitely recommend them.
Art Van and I are not on good terms. I don't like spending or wasting time on issues that should be a easy resolve. Art Van need to be knowledgeable about their products. They need to LISTEN to their customers, be open minded and be about customer care not just the money. I'm disappointed and I have been tremendously inconvenienced. In addition to that, the issue has not been resolved yet.
Ask for Stu, he is awesome. Perfect balance of checking in on you and letting you browse in peace. I have not 100% committed to buying yet, but we did find something we like, and if we do buy it we will make sure we buy it from Stu. He works Saturday-Wednesday and he will make sure you know what it is made of and show you other options as well.
I work in sales and appreciated Stu's patience with my small children, his approach, and his follow up while we were in the store. Not "predator-like" but was always near when we had a question.
