I just found out I switched sizes, and the staff spent more time than I expected trying to help me find things, as well as calling 4 different stores to try and help me get a deal! Amazing service. Thank you.
Never get "fitted" for a bra here, they try and push sizes way bigger than you really are. They tried to tell me I need a bra 3 cup sizes up than what I really was and I was swimming in it and the lady was trying to push me to buy my bras in that size saying the fit is much better than the one I currently owned
Restrooms “out of order” for past 6 months. But apparently they are in order for employees to use. Very shameful and disappointed in Victoria’s Secret. Their customer service has really suffered in the past few years but refusing to let women sometimes sick, pregnant, and elderly women to use the restroom is just shameful. I challenge you to go walk in there and see the glorious sign on the door restroom “out of order” pull the handle lever and confront the manager. Their cash register is apparently in order to accept your money. 6 months of “out of order” shame on management for not addressing issue.
The sales people were extremely accommodating. I found just what I was looking for.
