When you move, one of the major chores I find is finding a good stylist. It took a year and a half, but I finally found one here. While the price is a little bit more than I was paying, it is worth it to have great quality cut and color time after time. I love the atmosphere of the old house turned into a Salon too.
First time customer. My stylist was Gail. She did a fantastic job with my hair and she was super nice. I got a graduated bob, stacked in the back. My hair was a mess when I entered but had bounce and life when I left. Normally I get my hair cut at the mall, which can be sketchy. The price wasn't too bad at all. I can't wait to see the place after the renovations are done. I'll definitely be coming back.
I did get a free "haircut" for waiting so long but that doesn't make up for the fact that I have to cover up my hair Monday morning for work. Friday afternoon/evening I went in for an undertone that I've always wanted for the past 10 years. I was excited but when I got home it was nothing like that. It was already past closing time and she had 2 people working on my color. So my hair wasn't dried when I left. When I got home I realized the color on the sides don't match, if you followed the lines, and without it you can deffienity tell just by looking, one side just barely come up higher than my ear, right below my eye, the other side is half way up my head and stops above my eyebrows, I'm thinking it's because she (maddie) was coloring one side and her friend was doing the other so it would be done faster. I didn't have my glasses on and was turned opposite of the mirror so I couldn't see. Also the color just is horrible, there's parts were the purple wasn't touched and you see the bleached hair, there's some where it's still brown and some where it actually looks good. I'm going to call in Tuesday to see if they will fix this, they are close Sunday and Monday. Untill then, work will be awkward. I really had high hopes for here because of all the good reviews. She was only 23 so maybe she just is new, but still, I am the one with multi toned hair and having the color all lopsided for $$170. I'll report back with an update on Tuesday to see if they fix it.
Super cute Salon! Maddie did an amazing job on my hair! I'm always super nervous for haircuts and bangs especially since my hair has a mind of its own and is pretty thick but she did a fantastic job! Will definitely be returning! (Also good to kniw they do free bang trims)
I was in town from out-of-state for a wedding and needed an updo. They did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with how they styled it and it held up all day (even at the end of the night after much dancing). I also got several compliments at the wedding about my hair. Very happy with their service and would recommend. :)
